Why? Drinking water will help us keep hydrated. After sleeping for several hours, your body hasn’t received any intake of water. Water is essential for good health and drinking water first thing in the morning will help jumpstart your day.

Since I’m home now
I’m working out again (just mild stuff to get back into it) and eating better/smaller portions. At the end of the year I got into the habit of eating wayyy too much and whatever was fastest and now I’m going to try and stop doing that again. Also gave up coffee and soda again for the summer (did it last summer, piece of cake). So yeah. I drank over my wanted amount of water for the day so YAY!
I’ll start doing weigh ins this coming Tuesday again. Welp I’ve got to be up early so I can eat and stuff before I have a skype date with my friend in Germany. Then MORE UNPACKING! :)
Moving out of dorm tomorrow
T_T So much to do still. I have my dishes to do, a bit of packing, and then I need to clean EVERYTHING. Not to mention trying to locate a vacuum.
